Established dedicated U.S. and global strategic partnership teams with higher education stakeholders at two organizations resulting in $50-75+M in revenue growth.

Launched new product/program teams in two organizations, spanning ideation to productization and operationalization. Released the ETS Undergraduate Portfolio, with new fully online general education assessments while growing substantial market share in the admissions space.

Led organizational transformation for the ETS Global Higher Education business, with successful delivery of top/bottom line revenue. Working with multiple cross-disciplinary teams, executed strategy for roadmaps, market landscapes, business development, client engagement, and sales.

Drove the ETS Global Higher Education strategy delivering $200M in annual revenue for several years. Also, led the Portfolio Diversification Strategy impacting nearly $100M in annual revenue across EMEA, India, China and the US.

Kira works with over 600 programs worldwide to build applicant-first assessments that identify and select their best-fit students.
