Launched new product/program teams in two organizations, spanning ideation to productization and operationalization. Released the ETS Undergraduate Portfolio, with new fully online general education assessments while growing substantial market share in the admissions space.
Leadership
Led organizational transformation for the ETS Global Higher Education business, with successful delivery of top/bottom line revenue. Working with multiple cross-disciplinary teams, executed strategy for roadmaps, market landscapes, business development, client engagement, and sales.
Strategy and Go-To-Market
Drove the ETS Global Higher Education strategy delivering $200M in annual revenue for several years. Also, led the Portfolio Diversification Strategy impacting nearly $100M in annual revenue across EMEA, India, China and the US.
Globalization through Internationalization
Designed the higher education globalization processes within ETS to gain competitive edge for assessment products and services. Expanded reach into a global market to increase 10% revenue YoY while elevating competitiveness on a global scale.
At the School of International Letters & Cultures at Arizona State University, I accelerated international expansion by working with the Global Education Office and International Programs and by identifying opportunities for entry around the world. Diversified target colleges and universities, research centers and innovation hubs through MOUs, agreements and partnerships. Founded and Directed the most popular Study Abroad Semester Program.

Kira works with over 600 programs worldwide to build applicant-first assessments that identify and select their best-fit students.
