Key Business and Academic Achievements in Higher Education

Academic Relations. Cultivated strategic partnerships to position ETS and Territorium as dedicated partners to academia. Connected with colleges and universities, research centers, institutions, and policymakers, as well as advanced initiatives and collaboration strategies. Led and nurtured trusted strategic conversations, building networks, and championing impactful partnerships and opportunities where ETS and Territorium’s expertise and resources were able to drive impact for higher education institutions.

Business Development. Successfully drove 20–25% year-over-year growth by launching sales, partnership, and business development strategies at two organizations. Built and led U.S. and global strategic partnership teams, generating $25M+ in revenue while expanding market presence. Strengthened ETS’s reputation as a trusted partner in higher education by promoting its assessment tools to academic, governmental, and industry leaders. At Territorium, aligned AI-driven solutions with institutional needs through high-profile engagements, fostering trust and adoption of innovative educational technologies. 

Globalization through Internationalization. Spearheaded ETS’s higher education globalization strategy, driving a 10% YoY expansion in global market reach by aligning assessment products and services with diverse international academic needs. Established strategic partnerships with key institutions and innovation hubs worldwide, enhancing ETS’s competitiveness, brand visibility, and revenue on a global scale. At Arizona State University’s School of International Letters & Cultures, led internationalization initiatives in collaboration with the Global Education Office and International Programs, identifying global entry opportunities and diversifying partnerships with universities, research centers, and innovation hubs. Founded and directed the university’s most popular Study Abroad Semester Program, accelerating ASU’s international footprint and fostering cross-cultural engagement.

Product, Services, Programs, Operations. Launched new product/program teams in two organizations, spanning ideation to productization and operationalization. Released the ETS Undergraduate Portfolio, with new fully online general education assessments while growing substantial market share. 

Strategy and Go-To-Market. Drove the ETS Global Higher Education strategy delivering $200M in annual revenue. Also, led the Portfolio Diversification Strategy impacting nearly $100M in annual revenue across EMEA, India, China and North America. 

Leadership. Directed organizational transformation of ETS Global Higher Education, successfully increasing top and bottom-line revenue through strategic roadmaps, cross-functional alignment, and high-impact client engagement. Executed strategy for roadmaps, market landscapes, business development, client engagement, and sales. In my role as Board Chair, acted as an influential advocate for academic innovation, collaborating with educational stakeholders to support and align strategic initiatives with the goals of higher education institutions. Engaged with diverse stakeholders to advance equitable access to academic resources and foster strong research community connections.
